Our team will typically have it set up and send you links 1-2 business days after we receive all your information.

You will receive a full financial report along with a payout within 10 business days of your event. If you do not have an American bank account, we can issue the payout via Paypal or Venmo.

On the Musae platform. There is a live chat feature and ticketholders will have access to the broadcast page during and anytime after the broadcast.

Yes, please email a PDF to stretto@musae.me at least one week prior to your broadcast.

If you are pre-recording the video for the festival, it MUST be submitted at least 1 week PRIOR to your broadcast date. You can send it via Dropbox, Google Drive, Wetransfer or a similar service to: stretto@musae.me $50 will be deducted from your payout if the final video file is received less than 1 week prior to your broadcast event.
